Mini Olympics Date Night

Saturday 15th August

Calling all future Olympians! Join us for an action-packed evening filled with Olympic-themed games, team challenges, relay races, obstacle courses, and friendly competition. Children will build confidence, stay active, make new friends, and have a blast as they compete for fun and celebrate like champions. We’ll keep everyone fuelled with pizza for dinner followed by a delicious dessert, making it the perfect night out for the kids while parents enjoy a well-deserved night off! Super Hero Date Night

Calling all superheroes! Get ready for an action-packed evening of heroic adventures, exciting games, obstacle courses, team challenges, and super-powered fun. Children will unleash their inner hero as they work together, complete missions, and save the day in a night full of excitement and imagination! Halloween Date Night

Saturday 31st October

Get ready for a spook-tacular evening of Halloween fun! Join us for a night filled with creepy obstacle courses, spooky games, thrilling challenges, and fang-tastic activities that are more fun than fright. Children will enjoy an evening packed with laughter, adventure, and Halloween magic in a safe and exciting environment! Our little ghouls and goblins will enjoy pizza for dinner followed by a delicious dessert, making it the perfect night out for the kids while parents enjoy a well-deserved night off. Ages 4 years + Members: $40 per child and Non-Members: $50 per child. Fancy dress is encouraged! Come dressed in your favourite Halloween costume and get ready for a hauntingly good time!

6 Week Challenge, Monday 3rd August

Ready to challenge yourself and see what you’re capable of? Join our 6 Week MFG Fit & Fit Club Challenge, kicking off Monday 3 August, and take your fitness to the next level!

Over six weeks, you’ll complete an initial fitness assessment before following tailored training programs designed to improve your individual results. Led by our qualified Personal Trainer, Coach Keegan, every session is focused on helping you build strength, fitness and

confidence in a supportive team environment. Your progress will be measured through fitness testing at the beginning and end of the challenge, with a personalised results report

provided at the conclusion so you can see just how far you’ve come.

Challenge Requirements:

Challenge runs from 3 August for 6 weeks

Attend at least one class per week

Complete initial and final fitness assessments

Receive a personalised progress report at the end of the challenge

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, stay accountable or simply challenge yourself, this is the perfect opportunity to achieve your goals!

Getting started is easy! Simply book your weekly MFG Fit or Fit Club classes through the My First Gym App and commit to attending at least one session each week throughout the challenge. We can’t wait to see what you can achieve!

Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Energetic Emus
3 Year Olds
This class has activities to work on your child’s balance, strength, coordination and body awareness. We will work on the fundamental skills of throwing, catching, kicking and running. This is also an important time to work on fine motor skills and developing their sensory system.
Cheer
Over 4’s
Our Cheer program will teach your children all the exciting elements of cheer! Cheer classes focus on creating routines which incorporate dance, motions, tumbling, chants, and acrobatics! These routines involve teamwork, rhythm, and synchronisation.
MFG Ninja Warrior
Over 4’s
Children will put a series of movements together, such as leaping, diving, and swinging, to move from one obstacle to the next. They will work on their decision making skills to figure out the best way to get from A to B. This is a fun, high intensity class which will improve cardiovascular fitness.
MFG Fit – Strength & Power
8-15 years
MFGFit is Australia’s first functional training program specially built for 8 -15 years old. The MFGFit experience is engineered to supplement and or complement all sports & activities available. It includes functional circuit based training designed to improve speed, endurance, power, agility and strength. See more on the MFGFit web page.

Portia
Weekend Manager
Portia is our weekend manager and plays a key role in ensuring the club operates seamlessly during our busiest times, thanks to her strong leadership and communication skills she keeps things running smoothly every weekend. Portia oversees the front of house, leads and coordinates all birthday parties and also plans and organises our monthly in-club events, bringing fresh ideas and energy to create memorable experiences for our members.
Casey
Club Manager
Casey is the friendly face that you will see around the club Monday – Friday each week. She has spent many years as an early childhood teacher and brings with her a wealth of knowledge when it comes to working with children and their families. Casey combines her experience in customer service roles with her helpful nature to ensure that everyone in our club is well looked after.
Ruby
Fun Fleet Manager
Our Fun Fleet Manager, Ruby, helps bring the energy of My First Gym beyond the club and into the community. The Fun Fleet team travels to local events and pop-ups to connect with families, build meaningful relationships, inspire kids to get moving, and showcase what makes our gym special—taking the fun of My First Gym wherever they go!
